The first workshop takes place at 6:00 pm on October 20th at Wilton Clinic, conveniently located at 12 Mountain Ledge Drive, Building 12, Suite 4, Wilton, NY 12831
The second workshop takes place at 6:00 pm on October 21st at Albany Clinic, conveniently located at 19 Colvin Avenue, Albany, NY 12208
This workshop is led by Jessica Luquis, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Diagnostician, and Dr. Rhiannon Clauss, DC, a neurologically focused chiropractor. Jessica's experience in Mental Health and Dr. Rhiannon Clauss' expertise in nervous system care will equip moms with practical tools to support their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. You'll learn how stress affects your brain and body—and walk away with strategies to reset, recharge, and feel more like yourself again.
