Stressed Out Moms Workshop!
Reclaim Your Calm: Learn Tools That Actually Work
Many moms live in survival mode—juggling work, kids, the household, and caregiving—leaving little time or energy for themselves. This workshop offers practical, science-backed tools from mental and nervous system health experts to help manage stress more effectively.
Understand the Root Cause of Burnout—Not Just the Symptoms
Most moms try to push through stress without realizing how it affects their brain and body long-term. This workshop reveals how chronic stress disrupts the nervous system and mental clarity, and how emotional health and physical health are deeply connected.
Finally Put Yourself on the List—Without the Guilt
Moms are the emotional and logistical backbone of their families, but often feel guilty taking time for themselves. This workshop reminds them that taking care of themselves is not selfish—it’s necessary!
✅Insight into how chronic stress impacts the brain, body, and long-term well-being
✅ Improved blood pressure and breathing regulation
✅ Stronger immune response
✅ Improved emotional regulation and stress response
✅ Better sleep and improved energy levels
✅ Support for balancing the demands of motherhood without guilt or burnout
✅Strategies for breaking out of "survival mode" and reclaiming energy and clarity
9:30 am
After caring for moms at every stage for over 14 years, there’s one thing we know for sure… most moms are running on empty.
Between the school runs, work deadlines, dishes, laundry, and the constant care your family needs—it’s easy to forget about you.
And let’s be honest, most moms just try to push through the stress, not realizing the toll it takes on their brain, body, and well-being.
That’s exactly why we’re so excited for you to join us for our upcoming
Stressed-Out Moms Workshop— designed just for you. 💛
We’ll share practical, science-backed tools from nervous system and mental health experts to help you manage stress more effectively and reconnect with your own health. We’ll also walk through how chronic stress affects your clarity, energy, and even physical health—plus, what to do about it.
If you’ve been in survival mode, this is your permission to pause.
We’ll treat you to appetizers, drinks, and conversation with like-minded moms and supportive providers —because you shouldn’t have to navigate all this alone.
You do NOT have to power through…
• Emotional burnout
• Constant overwhelm
• Guilt about needing a break
• Fatigue and brain fog
• A sense of losing yourself in motherhood
You’ll leave feeling more empowered, more informed, and—hopefully—a little more like yourself again.
The Capital District Family Chiropractic Care Team and the Freedom First Psychological Services Care Team will be there with open ears and open hearts to answer your questions and cheer you on.
See You Soon,
